30 days to 30 {sweatin the last 30 days of my 20's}

I can't believe I will be 30 in just about 30 days. 

I am not having some crazy mental breakdown about it, it is more of a shock that time has gone by so fast, and yet I feel like I turned 25 ions ago! 

Last spring I lost 20+ pounds, and have kept the weight off for the last year. I am so happy to be at a weight I feel comfortable at. I finally like what I see when I look in the mirror. 

My goal for 2013 is to get my body toned and focus on things like a strong core.  I have been wanting to start Turbo Fire for the last few months and now seems like the perfect time, the last 30 days of my 20's. 

My goal is to spend the last 30 days of my 20's sweatin' to look rockin' as I ring in my 30s.  I am making a promise to myself to do some type of physical activity every day for the next 30 days. I plan to make it to the gym to do cardio or do Turbo Fire every day, but some days I know work and life will get in the way. So on those days I want to make sure I at least get out and go for a nice walk with Khloe and Scott. 

I am actually looking forward to turning 30.  I have heard from many women 30-33 was the best time. They were comfortable in their own skin, they were confident with who they were and they finally stopped caring about what everyone else thinks.

How fun! I think it is the perfect time to be who you want to be! I am going to be 29 in October and was telling my grandma how it feels like just yesterday I was 23- and yet, I feel completely comfortable with my age!

I love the 30s. Life is no longer a competition. You can revel in your own strengths, and in other's. It is wonderful.

I remember turning 30 and I was freaking out. I refused to acknowledge that I was going to be in the 30s...I mean, to me, I didn't feel anything close to 30. Now I'm 31 and I neither hate it nor love it. However, like you, I have decided to put my butt in gear and start working out.

Let me know how the Turbo Fire goes...I'm considering doing it.

woohooo! you are awesome, I know you can do it. :) I really want to focus more on healthy living/fitness in my own life, it's just been challenging lately because we have been SO busy. what are your best tips for making time to exercise even when your schedule is a little crazy?
